Off-Season - Spring (May 1 - Jun 26) -> $900/wk or $150/nt
Mid-Season - Early Summer (Jun 27 - Jul 10) -> $1500/wk
Peak-Season - Summer (Jul 11 - Aug 14) -> $1700/wk
Mid-Season - Late Summer (Aug 15 - Aug 29) -> $1500/wk
Off-Season - Fall (Aug 30 - Oct 31) -> $900/wk or $150/nt
** A 7% Sales Tax will be added to the above rates.
** All Summer Village resort fees & cottage cleaning fees are included in the above rates.

To make a reservation, please click on the link above. We require a 20% deposit to hold the rental - which must be received within 7 days of booking, and the remaining balance and a $500 security deposit is due 30-days prior to your arrival.
