2. What size are the beds?
The cottage has a queen size bed in one bedroom, a bunk bed with a twin, a full and a twin trundle in the other bedroom and a pullout couch with a full size matress in the living room.

3. Are linens and towels provided?
All linens for the beds are provided. We provide towels for use in the cottage and at the resort pools.  We ask that these towels remain at the cottage.  If you plan to visit the beach, please bring your own beach towels.

4. Are pets allowed?
No, for the convenience and comfort of all, pets are not allowed.

5. How close is the unit to the pools?
The unit is only a short walk from the front of the property where the pools, tennis courts and other activities are located. There is also a trolley service that runs throughout the property.

6. How close is Summer Village to area beaches?
Summer Village is a little over a mile from Moody Beach, about 2 miles from Wells Beach, and about 3 miles from Ogunquit Beach.
