This new gated complex has an adult pool, two family pools, two kiddie pools, tennis courts, bocce courts, basketball, golf, volleyball, a ball field, play areas for children, a pavillion for entertainment and concerts, and an outdoor 'drive-in' movie theater. The facility also features an on-site state of the art fitness center, a great room with a huge fireplace for socializing, a computer/internet room, a game room and more! During the May-October season, there is an activities director on-site, planning fun events and activities for the entire family.
Within the complex, there is also an internal transportation trolley, and access to the Wells Trolley that connects to several other beach communities and other great locations. One of the areas most beautiful beaches is just under 2 miles from this gated-community resort. The closest beach is just over a mile away.
